How do you perform cell segmentation?

Currently, DAPI nuclear stain expansion combined with 3D transcript density. we base our segmentation on Cellpose 3 + our own methods.  
 We are working on multi-modal cell segmentation including cell membrane and cell body staining as a future capability on the Pyxa system.
