What images are saved during a run?
• Camera Calibration Audits (CamCalAudit): Small diagnostic reference files used to evaluate optical and sensor accuracy for specific fluorescent channels (e.g., DAPI/Nuclear at 405 nm and amplification channels at 488 nm, 555 nm, and 640 nm). Saved for every round of every run.
• Field of View Images (e.g., FOV001–FOV006): High-resolution raw images for each microscopic field of view across the tissue region. The 405_Nuc nuclear stain images, used for cell segmentation, are saved only in the Round01 folder.
