Emory conducted a 20 µm mouse brain experiment utilizing their custom-designed TCF20 add-on panel, which is built upon the mouse neuron cell typing panel.

The C row wells experienced significant field of view (FOV) drop-offs, as detailed in the attached document. Following a thorough troubleshooting process, Eric has identified that this issue was likely due to a software pipeline mapping error. The software has since been updated to rectify this problem.
